Hey There.

Nothing really has happened. Two Weeks ago we had a kick ass house fire. We were originally dispatched for a field fire, but when we were about 2 miles away we noticed one huge column of thick black smoke. I dont know if you guys know but grass does not burn Black.  So when we arrived at the house it was a fully involved abandoned house. We had no hydrants with in laying distance. so we called for 3 tankers, Perry Fire Department, and the Dooly County Prison fire department.

Nothing has happened in the past 2 days. My Mom threw me a surprise congrats party tonight for my becoming an EMT. Tommorrow i am going to order some decals and emblems for my Fire Gear. Whenever i start a job with EMS somewhere i am going to get a large Medical/ Trauma Bag after I earn some $$$$$$.  No interesting calls lately. If anything happens i will be sure to update!!!

  Hello all,

I know it has been a while since i updated. But i havent had a whole lot of time. Since i last updated i have had a Nephew born into the world. His name is Blayson Gage Jordan he was born July 25 at about 9:00 pm.  He is a beautiful baby here are a couple pics of him.

Aint he just adorable? 

I also have taken my EMT-Intermediate exam. I Passed.

I am awaiting my results and stuff to apply for a job at either Houston Medical Center or The Medical Center. Or i might just apply to both.

Well that is all for right know, I will start updating more often, I hope.

Sup, Nothing Much has Happened since i last updated. I did not pass my written portion of my EMT exam. i will have to retake it in august. I failed it with a 69. you need a 70 to pass.

Well i have to go. Work beckons...

Hey Ya'll. It has been a while (a long while) since i last updated. Alot has happened. we have had a lot of bad calls, but i dont feel like explaining any of them as it will take far too long to type it all. I figured i would update because i had my National Registry for EMS these past two days. for those who dont know, NR is the tests you have to take to finally become an EMT or Paramedic. I took my 150 question written exam Friday. I wont find out how i actually did for a couple of days because they ship the tests off to OHIO to be graded, and that takes a couple days. But to day i had my Practical exams, which is the actual Hands on stuff. I had to do Patient Assesment, I.V. therapy, Bleeding Wounds & Shock, and Oral Airway.  I am very Happy to say that passed them all without having to retake a single one.

I started my job at Bass pro shops back in April. It is going real good. my plan for a while is to work full-time with BPS and work part-time as an EMT either at my #1 choice Houston Medical Center, or at my #2 choice at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. i can work weekends at either place. I dont really care as long as i can work .

Well nothing else really to type, I guess i will update whenever i get the results from my Written exam.
